This charming three bedroom home is within the Kainana subdivision and is centrally located between downtown Kailua-Kona and Keauhou.

The home is set up great for entertaining and hosts a fairly open floor plan. The main living area has vaulted ceilings and has large pocket slider doors so you can let the outside in and feel the trade winds (when they are here). There are two couches to sit back and take the view in from.

The home offers not one but two master bedrooms with ocean views and both have on-suite bathrooms with walk in showers. The third bedroom has a private lanai and there is a guest bathroom right outside with a bath tub in it.

This home is on solar hot water however there is an electric back up for the cloudy days.

    This home was the nicest rental we have ever had on any Hawaiian island. We loved being up on the hill with the sweeping views of the ocean and the cool evening breezes. We enjoyed the sunrise and sunset daily and appreciated being able to open the house up to the fresh air with the large sliding doors. The back patio was lovely. We enjoyed all of our meals there. The landscaping is fun to explore; there are many gorgeous hibiscus flowers and even pineapples growing on the side of the house. We appreciated all of the beach equipment--boogie boards, beach chairs, ice chests, beach towels, etc.--there for our use. The property appears in the photos to be far from town, but it is a short 5-8 min drive to the main street in Kailua and about a 10 min drive to Safeway. We loved the location and the neighborhood. Would highly recommend this relaxing and gorgeous home.

    My family loved staying in this home during our week in Kona. The property manager was very prompt in replying to our questions. It would've been helpful to have more info about the property provided at check-in, (i.e. wifi password, procedures for solar/electric water heater, procedures for check-out, etc.). But these were very small issues that were quickly resolved with a call/email to property manager.

    Jenni was great to work with and the accommodations were perfect for the four of us. My Husband & I and his parents stayed for 5 days.
    The house was clean and well stocked and had a great view.
    We easily could have accommodated 6, but was perfect for four as well.

    We were very happy with our stay. The house was absolutely beautiful. There was a nice open dining area and beautiful outdoor space. Everything you would need was there (kitchen supplies, towels, beach towels, etc.) Jennifer was a very helpful liason as well.
